Fruits and tinned fruit contain natural sugars, fructose which promote the growth of Candida. These should therefore be avoided.

Steps to overcome Candida
  1. Kill off Candida overgrowth before it gets to extensive
  2. Build up your immune system by eating the right foods, taking essential supplements, avoiding yeast, fungus, and mold.
  3. Ensure you take a good probiotic after taking any antibiotics as these kill not only bad bacteria in your gut, but also good bacteria. This will help stop the development of Candida.
